The buses are parked at an angle, so their arrows point diagonally. Late in the video the counter reads 6/6, which means an extra road place was added.
Tip for this level
On diagonal car parks it is harder to see which bus is free. Follow each arrow to the edge of the car park before tapping; any bus in its path will block it.
